Terms of Service (summary)
- Educational service. Signals are data-backed market opportunities with statistical context — general in nature, never tailored to you. We are not licensed advisors or brokers.
- Eligibility. 18+ and legally permitted in your jurisdiction.
- Access passes. Weekly (7 days), Monthly (30 days) and Yearly (365 days) prepaid passes. Access activates automatically on confirmed payment, expires at period end, and resumes on renewal; renewals stack on remaining time. Your account and history are preserved between periods.
- Acceptable use. No resale or redistribution of signals or data; one account per person; no scraping or interference.
- No guarantees. Probabilities are calibrated statistical estimates; losing streaks are a mathematical certainty of any probabilistic method. Our published journal — including losses — is the authoritative record.
- Liability. The service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for trading losses or indirect damages, and total liability is capped at amounts you paid in the prior 12 months.
Refund Policy
- Monthly & Yearly: full refund within 7 days of purchase on request, provided premium features have not been substantially used.
- Weekly: non-refundable once activated (it exists precisely as the low-cost trial).
- Refunds are paid in the same currency/network to a wallet you confirm in writing, normally within 5 business days. Request via support@asisignals.com.
Privacy Policy (summary)
- We store: your email, hashed password (never plain text), consent timestamps, access-pass dates, order references, and Telegram chat id if you use our bot.
- Crypto payments settle on-chain — we never hold your keys or see card numbers.
- We do not sell your data and run no third-party ad trackers. Strictly necessary cookies only (session, consent).
- Deletion: email us and your personal data is removed within 30 days, except records required by law.
Risk Disclosure
- Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile around the clock; leverage amplifies losses and can liquidate positions entirely.
- Displayed win rates and probabilities are historical estimates; models can degrade when markets change — our public journal exists so you can judge this yourself.
- Data feeds, exchanges and our systems can fail or delay. Never rely on any single system for time-critical decisions.
- If in doubt, consult a licensed financial advisor in your jurisdiction. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
